Exhibit space for the career fair is available to organizations that are current members of HAI and have paid their annual dues in full. Reservations for space will be taken in the order in which they are received and space is limited to comply with the Las Vegas Convention Center Fire Prevention Department.
The cost for each 8’ x 8’ booth at the career fair is $500. However, organizations that have reserved and paid in full for booth and/or static display space on the HAI HELI-EXPO 2018 show floor will receive a discounted rate of $250 per booth. Organizations that have been confirmed as HAI HELI-EXPO 2018 Sponsors (at the Bronze level and above) may register at no charge for their first 8' x 8' booth. Organizations will not be permitted to occupy their booth space until payment has been received.
Payments will be processed after HAI has verified the organization’s membership status.
Each 8’ x 8’ unit will be piped and draped with standard show colors and contain one (1) table, two (2) chairs, and basic signage listing the organization’s name. Internet and electricity ARE NOT provided in booth space and HAI cannot guarantee there availability in the function space.
Booth assignments and all promotional materials listing each participating organization will be in alphabetical order, by organization name.
Career Fair exhibitors are required to abide by all HAI HELI-EXPO 2018 Rules & Regulations. HAI Show Management reserves its right to remove any material, display, or person that HAI Show Management deems to be offensive or in violation of the rules and regulations. All exhibiting organizations agree to comply with an abide by all federal, state, and local laws and/or ordinances, as well as the rules and regulations mandated by HAI Show Management, GES Exposition Services, and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
Participation in the career fair does not grant nor imply admission to HAI HELI-EXPO 2018 or any related events where registration is required. To attend HAI HELI-EXPO 2018, please register here.
Any organization needing to cancel its reservation for space must do so in writing prior to 5:30 PM EST on Friday, February 16, 2018 (firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations received prior to this date will be issued a partial refund equal to the cost of the exhibit fee, minus a 20% service fee. Cancellations received after Friday, February 16, 2018 will not be issued a refund, under any circumstances. Any organization that fails to occupy their booth space on the day of the career fair, will not be issued a refund, for any reason.
