As the place where the international helicopter industry gathers each year, HAI HELI-EXPO features events of all kinds. Whether your goal is to make new professional connections, reconnect with old ones, stay up-to-date on the industry, or honor those men and women who represent the best of helicopter aviation, HAI HELI-EXPO has something for you.
General sessions occur on Wednesday and Thursday mornings, before the exhibit floor opens, giving attendees the opportunity to learn more about industry trends.
With 20,000 helicopter professionals gathered in one place, it’s no surprise that a lot of networking takes place at HAI HELI-EXPO. Some of it even takes place outside of the exhibit hall, at events such as Monday’s HAI HELI-EXPO Welcome Reception or Wednesday’s Salute to Excellence Awards dinner. You can also improve your professional network at the HFI Helicopter Industry Career Fair or at the HAI Annual Membership Meeting and Breakfast.
There’s plenty to do off of the show floor at HAI HELI-EXPO. All 15 HAI committees have public meetings during the show, and HAI and many other aviation organizations take advantage of the show to hold forums, workshops, and other events.
Many exhibitors take advantage of the international press exposure offered at HAI HELI-EXPO to hold news conferences or other special media events.
Helicopter Foundation International (HFI) holds a full schedule of events each year at HAI HELI-EXPO, including a Scholarship Golf Tournament, Online Silent Auction, Career Roundtable, and Heritage of Helicopters display. Come play, bid, view vintage aircraft, or advance your career — all courtesy of the HFI, the charitable arm of Helicopter Association International.
Active duty, reserve, and veteran military personnel of all nations: join HAI President and CEO Matt Zuccaro at the HFI Heritage of Helicopters display for a group photo.
